The Win Back Rewards program offers tiered discount vouchers to eligible customers, which can be redeemed both in-store and online. The specific discount value received is based on assigned customer tiers and is subject to the following minimum expenditure requirements in a single transaction:

A $15 discount requires a minimum spend of $150.

A $25 discount requires a minimum spend of $250.

A $40 discount requires a minimum spend of $400.

All Win Back vouchers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. These offers are available exclusively to Club 99 Members; non-members may join the Club 99 membership program in-store or online for a $5 fee prior to purchase.

To redeem the offer in-store, please present and scan the unique barcode contained within your email to one of our store team members at the point of sale. For online redemptions, the unique discount code must be entered at the checkout.

Please be advised that these vouchers strictly exclude products from the following brands: Segway, Garmin, Wahoo, Tacx, and Favero. Furthermore, discounts cannot be applied to workshop labour charges or the purchase of gift cards. Vouchers are limited to one use per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or additional discount code.
