Free standard delivery for orders over $99*.
* Excludes bulky items and bikes. Free delivery is calculated on the order total, after any discounts are applied.
Delivery times
Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if placed by 10am AEDT (business days). However please note this cannot be guaranteed during peak periods. The shipping estimates below apply after your order leaves our warehouse.

Split shipments
We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.
Nationally Shipped Bikes
We now offer shipping for all bikes Australia-wide. Please find the range of available bikes here Please note: partial assembly is required upon delivery of your bike. For safety, we highly recommend that assembly is undertaken by a trained bicycle mechanic.
Shipping Times
Nationally shipped bike delivery orders have an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-2 weeks. If you order other items with your bike, these will be delivered separately.

How To Assemble Your Bike
Please refer to our bike assembly instruction guide or this video guide for instructions. This is a generic bicycle assembly guide and some bicycles may vary from pictures shown. Please refer to your owner’s manual for specific instructions for your bicycle.
For your safety, we highly recommend that bike assembly is undertaken by a trained bicycle mechanic. As a valued customer, you can take your bicycle to your local 99 Bikes store to be assembled free of charge. Please book in by calling your nearest store

Delivery restrictions
- We deliver to Australia only. We do not offer international delivery.
- We strive to deliver to all locations across mainland Australia and its islands. However, in certain instances, we may be unable to deliver to extremely remote areas (such as isolated islands) where our courier partners are unable to provide a viable delivery solution.
- Built Bike Delivery is only available around selected 99 Bikes stores.
- Bike Shipping is only available for selected bikes.
- Express delivery is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
- Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
- If you purchase a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until we receive the goods from our supplier.
