The Promoter is 99 Bikes Pty Ltd ABN 87 123 966 665 of 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills Qld 4006. (“Promoter”). Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants").

Employees of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd or Explore Worldwide Ltd, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. The competition will commence at 12:00am 4 August 2026 until 11:59pm 28 August 2026. Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by following 99 Bikes and Explore Worldwide on Instagram, and commenting on the promotional post with which tour they would prefer to win and why. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged on their originality and creativity. Judging will take place on 01 September 2026. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to opt in to receive email, mail, SMS and telephone communications from 99 Bikes and Explore Worldwide.

Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize.

The winner will receive one (1) prize pack consisting of their choice of Cycle the Dalmatian Coast, Cycle Saigon to Hanoi or Cycle Morocco - Atlas to the Sahara from Explore Worldwide and 1 x return, economy flights from their nearest capital city, and a $500 gift card to be used in-store or online at 99 Bikes. The total prize pack is valued at $7,500. For an entry into the bonus draw to win one (1) of ten (10) x $100 99 Bikes vouchers, Eligible Entrants must follow the link provided on the 99 Bikes or Explore Worldwide Instagram page and complete the online entry form by submitting their requested personal details.

The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Explore Worldwide packages are subject to availability.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than what is expressly set out in the conditions above. All expenses and use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and, as applicable. There will be one prize winner (“Prize Winners”).

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
