99 Bikes Product Review Monthly Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is 99 Bikes Pty Ltd, ABN 87 123 966 665, of 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 (the “Promoter”). Any queries about this promotion may be directed to help@99bikes.com.au or by mail to the address above.

2. Definitions

• “Promotion” means the 99 Bikes Product Review Monthly Prize Draw described in these Terms.
• “Draw Period” means each individual calendar month during which the Promotion runs.
• “Eligible Entrant” has the meaning given in clause 4.
• “Product Review” means a review of a product purchased from the Promoter, submitted through the Promoter’s review platform, Reviews.io.
• “Reviews.io” means the third-party review platform operated by Reviews.io through which Product Reviews are submitted.
• “Prize” has the meaning given in clause 6.
• “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

3. Promotional Period

This is an ongoing promotion conducted on a rolling monthly basis. The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 20/07/2026 and continues each calendar month until the Promoter ends it in accordance with clause 9. A separate draw is conducted for each calendar month (each a “Draw Period”).

Each Draw Period begins at 12:01 am AEST on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 pm AEST/AEDT (as applicable) on the last day of that calendar month. Entries are allocated to the Draw Period in which they are received, based on Australian Eastern time.

All times referred to in these Terms are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), as applicable. Entrants in New Zealand should note that New Zealand time is ahead of Australian Eastern time; the same cut-off applies to all entrants regardless of their local time.

4. Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who submit a Product Review via Reviews.io during the relevant Draw Period (“Eligible Entrants”).

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, suppliers, agencies, and licensees associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling, whether or not living in the same household.

5. How to Enter

To enter, an Eligible Entrant must submit a Product Review of a purchased product through Reviews.io during the applicable Draw Period. Entry to the draw is free; the only cost of entry (if any) is the entrant’s own internet or data charges. Submitting a Product Review requires a prior qualifying purchase from the Promoter at no more than its usual retail price.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per unique Product Review. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are recorded by the Promoter’s systems, not at the time of transmission.

6. The Prize

Two (2) prizes are awarded each Draw Period: one (1) prize of an AU $100 99 Bikes gift card / voucher for an Australian resident, and one (1) prize of a NZ $100 99 Bikes gift card for a New Zealand resident (each a “Prize”). A separate draw is conducted for each country, so one Australian winner and one New Zealand winner are drawn each Draw Period. The total prize pool across a 12-month period is up to AU $1,200 (12 × AU $100) plus NZ $1,200 (12 × NZ $100), assuming the Promotion runs continuously.

The Prize is:

• not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
• subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the issuer of the gift card / voucher (including any expiry date); and
• awarded as a single gift card / voucher to the value stated above.

7. Winner Selection, Notification and Redraw

For each Draw Period, two separate draws are conducted: one Australian winner is selected at random from all valid entries received from Australian residents, and one New Zealand winner is selected at random from all valid entries received from New Zealand residents. The draws will take place within the first five (5) business days of the following month at 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006.

Each winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their Product Review submission within two (2) business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is unable to accept the Prize within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, that Prize will be forfeited.

Where a Prize is forfeited, it will not be re-awarded and no redraw will be conducted for that Prize.

The Promoter may publish each winner’s first name, last initial, and state, territory or region (e.g. “Jane D., QLD” or “John S., Auckland”) on its website or communications, and where required by law will make winner details available for the period specified by the relevant authority. By entering, entrants consent to this publication.

8. Invalid Entries

The following entries will be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw:

• incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, inappropriate, or incomprehensible entries;
• entries that breach any intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
• entries submitted by ineligible entrants; and
• entries that are fraudulent, automated, or otherwise submitted in breach of these Terms.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity, age, and eligibility of entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or damaging to the conduct of the Promotion.

9. General Terms

• The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in Prize value. If the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws and the directions of any relevant authority.
• If a winner declines or does not accept any part of the Prize, no substitute or compensation will be offered.
• The Promoter is not liable for any entry that is late, lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including as a result of any technical fault, malfunction, or failure of Reviews.io, any network, hardware, or software. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of Reviews.io as a third-party platform.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and its related entities, agents, and contractors) accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost, or injury (including consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or the use of the Prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law.
• Any tax implications arising from winning the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter recommends the winner seek independent financial advice.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
• The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws and any written directions from a relevant authority, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or these Terms) at any time, including where the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable rights an entrant may have under the laws of their country or state of residence.

10. Privacy

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Personal information provided by entrants is collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (including identifying and contacting the winner) and will be collected, stored, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian and New Zealand privacy laws. Product Reviews are submitted via Reviews.io and are also subject to Reviews.io’s own terms and privacy practices.

Entrants may request access to, or correction of, the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at marketing@99bikes.com.au. The Promoter may disclose personal information to relevant government authorities in Australia and New Zealand where required in connection with this Promotion.
