Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll have your bike built and ready at your nearest store.

Every bike is built and checked by a 99 Bikes mechanic before it leaves the store. If you order a bike online, it ships partially built with some minor assembly required.
What size bike should I get my child for Christmas?
What size bike should I get my child for Christmas?
Go by the child's height, not their age. As a rough guide:
- 12" wheels: 75–94cm (about 2–4 years)
- 14": 80–108cm (2–5 years)
- 16": 84–112cm (3–6 years)
- 20": 18–129cm (5–8 years)
- 24": 125–148cm (8–11 years)
- 26" or small adult: 145cm+

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase, except for bikes. For bikes, a swap can be offered within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your new bike. Please see our Perfect Ride Guarantee for more details.

Laybuy is available in-store only with a 20% deposit & 3 month terms. A pre-Christmas storage fee may apply (please contact your local store for details).

Yes. Gift cards are available in store and online, can be spent on bikes, gear and servicing, and are valid for 3 years. Digital gift cards are sent instantly.
