Click & Collect
How it works:
Step 1
Select Click & Collect as the delivery method and enter your postcode to see if the items are available near you. Some items are not available for Click & Collect. If your item has to be transferred from another store or a supplier, the item will appear as available as a 'special order'.
Step 2
Add the items to your shopping cart.
Step 3
Wait to hear from us. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Step 4
Collect your order in-store. We will provide a safety check before pickup. Please bring:
- Tax-invoice or order number
- Photo ID
- Credit card used to pay for the order
Processing Times
Processing times vary. Please check the estimate under "Click & Collect" when you enter your postcode on the product's page and at checkout.
Note regarding 2 Hour Click and Collect:
Please note that 2 hour click and collect refers to 2 consecutive hours during trading hours and does not apply to bikes. Although the vast majority of our bikes are built instore ready to ride away, there are some that still need to be assembled. If you need the bike urgently, please reach out to you local store to confirm the state of the bike. All items with the status of special order will provide you with an approximate timeframe on when you can expect the product to arrive in the store after placing an order.
