Gift Cards Conditions of Use

99 Bikes offers gift cards available for purchase both online and in-store. All gift cards can be redeemed in any of our stores or on our website. Simply select "gift card" as your method of payment online at checkout, or talk to a team member in store.

Gift cards purchased online will be sent via email. 

Key Conditions of Use:

• Redeemable at any 99 Bikes store across Australia.
• Gift Cards cannot be refunded or used to obtain cash.
• Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• Not to be used for payment of credit or store accounts.
• All gift cards expire 3 years from the issue date.
• Any unused amount after the expiry date of any gift card will not be refunded or credited.
• Gift cards are not reloadable.
• Gift cards are redeemable in-store and online.
