What is new condition and packaging for returns and exchanges?
Items intended for return or exchange must meet the follow criteria:
- Items must not be used / worn (you can try items on briefly)
- Items must not be damaged
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must have tags attached where applicable
- Items must be in a saleable condition
