Returns - Refund and Exchange
Returning Items
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase, except for bikes*.
- *For bikes, a swap can be offered within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your new bike. Please see our Perfect Ride Guarantee for more details.
- All other items must be in new condition with original packaging.
- An original receipt is required for all returns.
Online purchases:
- May be returned in person to any 99 Bikes store OR
- Mailed back to our warehouse by following the Online Return Instructions below.
In-store purchases:
- Return to your local 99 Bikes store.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method, except for cash (refunded via direct deposit).
- Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
- Refunds may take up to 3 additional business days to appear in your bank account or credit card.
- In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.
- Special Orders: 99 Bikes reserves the right to request full, non-refundable upfront payment for items not regularly stocked in store.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only in-store, provided the desired item is in stock.
- Exchanges are not accepted for items returned to our warehouse through the online return process.
Online Return Instructions (Refund Only)
To obtain a refund for an online order, follow these steps:
Step 1: Complete the Returns Form and include it with your returned items.
Step 2: Place your item(s) and completed form back in the original packaging, then reseal securely for shipping.
Step 3: Attach a new posting label and lodge the parcel at any registered post office.
Step 4: Forward the courier service details and tracking number, along with any additional information, to help@99bikes.com.au
Step 5: Allow 3 business days after we receive the returned parcel for your refund to be processed.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
- 99 Bikes is not liable for items lost in transit during returns.
