Every 99 Bikes store in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Tasmania, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle and Central Coast has a complete bike mechanics workshop. Our qualified bike mechanics offer repairs and servicing on all bicycle brands and models. Many of our stores open at 8am weekdays for early bike drop-offs, but please call your preferred store first to confirm.

If you have an emergency and need your bike serviced right away, you can leave your bike with a store at any time, but this may attract an extra charge. It is really important that you drop-off and collect your bike on your service date. A storage fee of $15/day will apply to bikes which are not collected on the service date.

At 99 Bikes we are the experts in Electric Bikes and E-Bike Servicing. We have all the tools and technology to service your Electric bike to the manufacturer’s standards. We charge an additional fee of $40 which covers software and firmware checks, along with a battery health report.

99 Bikes is leading the way when it comes to electric bike servicing. We have E bike Expert stores, meaning our mechanics not only have the understanding and experience to work on electric bikes but ride them regularly. All of our E-Bikes Experts log monthly kilometres on electric bikes to expand their knowledge and retain monthly their status.

If you are booking a service for an electric bike purchased from another bike retailer (not 99 Bikes), we recommend calling your local store before booking to discuss what type of service you are looking for and check we can accommodate your needs.

At 99 Bikes we want to share our knowledge with you so you can easily repair and maintain your bike at home or out on the trails. To do this, we hold Maintenance classes that are hosted by some of the most knowledgeable bike mechanics in Australia. These classes cover all the basics of keeping your bike running smoothly and are a great hands-on experience. Book Now

We also offer a range of bike fitting services to make sure you have the optimal bike fit and avoid potential injuries while riding. This is great for people who spend a lot of time in the saddle or can’t seem to get comfortable on their bikes.

If you purchase a bike online the team at 99 Bikes can build it up for you. This includes assembly of the bike along with tuning of the gears and a complete safety check, when you pick the bike up it will be safe and ready to ride! We can also fit additional parts and accessories as a part of the bike build or as a separate service.

We want your new bike to be working perfectly. Every new bike purchased through 99 Bikes comes with a Free First Tune Up Service. This should be booked for 6 weeks after your bike purchase.
