The Pedal Derby Electric Folding Bike is a conveniently sized electric bike that folds into a compact space-saving size! With compact 20" wheels, you'll find the Pedal Derby Electric Folding Bike is both easy to ride and convenient to store away, folding down to just 86Lx46Wx68H (cm), you can easily take it on the train or pop it in the boot of your car. Pedal have also fitted the Pedal Derby Electric Folding Bike with a full-sized 250W hub motor in the rear wheel (to ensure great traction and improved safety compared to a front-wheel-motor equipped bike), plus a reliable 7-Speed Shimano Tourney derailleur. The motor is powered by a 374Wh lithium-ion battery which is also removable for easy charging away from the bike, or to make the bike lighter to carry. The battery is positioned conveniently behind the seatpost, leaving ample room for a light load such as some pannier bags or a basket on the rear rack, making this little powerhouse the ideal commuter! *Please note that the Pedal Derby is not suitable for rear rack mounted baby seats.
