The 2023 Silverback Slade MS Hard Tail Mountain Bike features Trail Optimised POP Geometry for efficient climbs and impressive descents, thanks to its low standover height and short chainstays. It boasts an internally routed, lightweight alloy frame, similar to higher-end models. Equipped with 130mm SR Suntour Forks, it handles rough trails with ease. Tektro Hydraulic Disc Brakes ensure reliable stopping power, while the Microshift 1x11 Speed drivetrain provides smooth shifting. Ideal for newer riders, this bike offers a well-rounded setup straight out of the box.

POP (Position of Power) geometry engages bigger muscle groups for more effective climbing, and rider position on the Slade improves traction, front wheel grip and bike control. This means that it also feels more natural, boosting confidence and skill development.

SHORT CHAINSTAYS

The Short chainstays on the Slade make for a very nimble handling bike. The forged and flipped yoke creates enough clearance for 29x2.6" tyres on the 430mm chainstays with ample crankarm clearance to boot.

130mm SR Suntour Forks

130mm of travel up front means that the Slade MS can roll over rough terrain and soak up hits to ensure you're always in full control and riding in relative comfort, as well as taking on tougher trails, knowing your bike can take whatever you throw at it!
