Adjustability is extensive with the bars and bases both having fore and aft movement, while the bases are also angle adjustable to better fit your arms. The bars feature a 20mm rise which makes a very ergonomic hand position. For someone who wants a pro-level aero bar without a pro-level position, the Profile T2+ Cobra Carbon is an excellent choice.
