The Norco Range A1 is an aluminium frame enduro bike built to tear downhill even on the most technical trails. This dual suspension bike is built for the serious rider that wants high-performance without breaking the bank. The Norco Aluminum frame is designed with enduro geometry that is long, low and slack for fast, aggressive riding. The Gravity Tune design fixes the front-centre/rear-centre ratio across all frame sizes, effectively optimising geometry and rider weight distribution for every bike in the line.
New in 2019, the Range A 1 brings the revolutionary 12-speed SRAM NX Eagle drivetrain at a more reasonable price to help you ride aggressively and intuitively on difficult terrain. Completely redesigned this year, the suspension is all class, the A.R.T. suspension system delivers high-end suspension performance for superior climbing and descending capability. The suspension system is optimised for its intended use to ensure that the Range A 1 will excel in the environment it was designed for. The race-level Fox 36 Performance Float Boost Fork has 170mm travel, which combines seamlessly with the Fox Performance Float DPX2 rear shock to give you excellent control and comfort when you need it most.
The Norco Range A 1 climbs efficiently for a big rig, but realises its full potential downhill. With reliable stability and control for serious speed over technical terrain, you can race an Enduro, ride with friends or just cruise around some local trails. Gravity Tune: Chainstay length of each frame size increases proportionately to the front center length, ensuring riders of all sizes achieve optimal body position and weight distribution for superior handling and control at high speeds.
Metric Rear Shock and Enduro Fork: Progressive suspension with the improved small bump compliance of the trunnion mounted metric rear shock. Boost 150mm travel fork on the 650B and 140mm travel on the 29er for a soft ride and superior stiffness for aggressive descents.
