The MET Trenta 3K Carbon MIPS Road Helmet is crafted for elite cyclists and has been worn to victory in prestigious races like Le Tour de France. It is engineered to keep your head cool and conserve energy with each pedal stroke. This helmet is MET's most advanced road cycling model, now enhanced with Mips AIR, the lightest and most advanced rotational management system available.

The MIPS AIR Brain Protection System is seamlessly integrated into the padding, making it the lightest and most advanced rotational management system available.
3K Carbon Technology: MET's R&D team has utilized the elastic modulus of carbon fibers to reduce the density of the EPS foam by 20% without compromising the helmet's energy absorption capacity. This results in a lightweight yet better-performing shell that sets a new standard for ventilated helmet design.
NACA Vent: Developed by NACA, the precursor to NASA, the front inlet harnesses the Venturi effect, expelling warm air through strategically placed exhaust ports. This ensures constant airflow without creating drag.
Rear Deflectors: The helmet's rear design significantly impacts ventilation, with warm air exit being crucial. The MET Trenta 3K Carbon Mips features a flat rear deflector inclined at 25 degrees, allowing for two wide exhausts that optimize airflow during intense rides.

MET Safe-T Orbital Fit System.
360-degree head belt with vertical and occipital adjustments for a personalized fit.
