Merida Scultura 100 is an alloy frame road bike designed for fitness and social road riding, or longer distance commuting. Scultura 100 is perfect for getting started out in road riding or triathlon. It features an efficient, yet comfortable riding position, which makes it easy to cover longer distances. It also comes at a great price point and is very well specced compared to other bikes in the same price range. Overall it makes Scultura 100 fantastic value as an entry level road bike.

The Scultura 100 alloy frame is lightweight, which makes it easier to ride, particularly uphill. It features a tapered headtube which offers stiffness through the front end of the bike and overall more responsive and confident handling. Shimano Claris is used across all shifting components, which offers a higher level of quality and performance compared to many entry level road bikes.

Flex Stay technology through the chainstays act to dampen vibrations coming up through the road, which means greater comfort while you're in the saddle. Carbon forks act to further decrease the weight of the bike, as well as dampening vibrations felt through the front end of the bike. The wider 25mm tyres are another comfort feature, further acting to dampen vibration felt through the bike. Greater comfort will not only make your riding experience more pleasant, it also helps reduce fatigue, which means better overall performance.
