The Merida Ride Juliet 100 is an endurance focused road bike for female road cyclists who want a more comfortable riding position on their road bike. The Ride Juliet series features a more comfort focused frame geometry, making it perfect for recreational cyclists who want to spend longer out on the road enjoying their ride.
The Merida Ride Juliet series features a longer wheelbase and shorter top tube. This creates a more upright, relaxed riding position, as opposed to a more stretched out and aerodynamic position favoured by race oriented bikes. This riding position means improved comfort, meaning a more enjoyable experience over longer rides.
Women's specific features on the Merida Juliet 100 include female fit saddle, narrower handlebars and shorter reach brake levers and shifters which offer more comfort and confidence for female riders.
The Ride 100 features Claris and Sora components which shift nice and smooth but won't blow your budget. Internal cable routing provides a clean aesthetic as well as protecting the cables and prolonging their lifespan.
Overall, the Merida Ride Juliet 100 is a comfortable entry level road bike that is perfect for the rider who is just beginning, as well as more intermediate female riders who want to improve on performance.
