Merida Reacto 7000-E is a high level aero road bike, best suited to road riders or short distance triathletes looking to take their riding or racing to the next level.

The Reacto 7000-E is designed to minimise the effect of air resistance on the bike, maximising speed without sacrificing other factors such as weight, stiffness and comfort. This means the Reacto retains the versatility and comfort of a road bike, but takes off when you put the foot down, and holds well at high speed.This balance makes it a particularly appealing option for triathletes, as it takes some of its cues from a time trial bike, while still having that versatility of a road bike that can be ridden anywhere.

The Reacto 7000-E comes spec’d with a full Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset, this means you get precise shifting every time, and the ability to have both front and rear derailleurs shift simultaneously with the new X-Sync feature. Di2 electronic shifting gives the rider unparalleled confidence in shifts regardless of the circumstance, and no gear cables to go out of adjustment or get gummed up.

The bike also includes the Ultegra Direct Mount brake callipers which provide fantastic feel and stopping power, this gives the rider confidence to push hard on the descents as well as the climbs.
