Description

The Merida One Twenty RC 300 features a triple-butted 6066 aluminum frame that is both stiff and lightweight. It offers 100mm of travel with the Suntour Edge TR LOR8 Rear Shock, which includes a lockout feature. The Float Link Suspension allows the lower shock to move with the system, providing a plush feel and improved pedaling efficiency. Unlike the rest of the One Twenty range, which offers 120mm of rear travel, this model includes a 120mm travel Suntour XCR32 Fork with remote lockout. This combination gives the bike a unique feel that balances between trail and XC, often referred to as "Downcountry."

Float Link Suspension

The lower shock mount moves with the system to deliver plushness and pedalling efficiency. The Float Link system is very sensitive, delivering great support in mid-travel and the appearance of more travel than the model name suggests. The rear end creates the feeling of almost bottomless travel whilst remaining perfectly controlled when climbing.

Trunnion Mount

A trunnion mount shock gives our frame designers more flexibility by using a shorter shock with increased stroke. Combined with the ball-bearing bushing of the upper mount, shock sensitivity is increased, and the suspension performance can be perfectly tuned.

Non-Slip Tightening

Selected bolts can be tightened via a TORX 30 key from just one side, without running the risk that the opposite side slips or turns, allowing faster and more straightforward tightening of important hardware components.
