Merida One-Twenty 500e is a mid-travel e-mountain bike, perfect for recreational trail riding. The eOne-Twenty 500 is the ideal platform for someone who rides for fun rather than competitively, and wants to be able to ride further and faster with the added benefit of pedal-assist.
A eOne-Twenty 500 is built around a 120mm travel frame, providing enough travel to help tame the trail but without sacrificing pedal efficiency. The frame was designed around the Shimano STePS mid-drive pedal assist system, this ensures seamless integration and a ride that feels just like a normal dual suspension bike. Having the battery and motor installed low and central helps keep a low centre of gravity ensuring effortless handling.
The Shimano E8000 mid-drive pedal assist offers up to 250w of additional power to get you up the toughest of climbs. With fully tuneable assistance levels the rider can decide how they want the bike to feel. With the 500wh battery linked to a display showing speed, distance, range and remaining charge, you can have the confidence to ride as long or as hard you want.
With air suspension front and rear, this bike is easily setup and tuned for rider weight and riding preferences. This ensures that you can get the most performance out of the bike, and feel comfortable and confident out on the trail.
The eOne-Twenty 500e comes equipped with a dropper seat post and 2.8” Maxxis tyres to ensure you have grip and control on all kinds of trails.
