The Cube Attain GTC Race is an endurance road bike which allows you to ride in comfort while performing at a high level. Climb with ease thanks to the lightweight Carbon frame which is still incredibly durable thanks to Cube’s Twin Mould Technology which adds extra strength to frame points which handle higher loads so that your carbon frame can handle the pressure of all day adventures. The Attain GTC Race is built with slim aero Flex Stays to reduce vibration impact, as well as fatigue and discomfort. This stiff frame uses a large volume down tube and PressFit Bottom Bracket in combination with a tapered head tube to efficiently transfer your power to the road. To finish off the aesthetics of the frame, Cube routed the cables internally which also protects the cables and reduces maintenance.

Shimano have kitted the Attain GTC Race with a 2x11 speed 105 drivetrain that offers truly elite performance, with the range of gears and reliability to crush climbs swiftly. This bike is silky smooth thanks to the Cube Aero Disc wheelset and Continental Grand Sport Race SL tyres which give you the platform to lay down some serious heat on the road and apply the pressure to whoever your riding with. Rounded off with flat mount Shimano 105 Hydraulic Disc Brakes for control when you need it most.

Features

Gran Turismo Composite: In designing the GTC carbon fiber frames, safety and comfort are the main factors. We use high modulus fibers for the parts which are stressed the most – the head tube, the seat tube top and the bottom bracket area, offering flex and comfort. Our special production process with inner and outer molding forms ensure that the minimum of required material is used, reducing overall weight even with complex frame design

Advanced Twin Mold: This technique uses a complete core to provide the perfect frame form during the lay-up process. As with the Twin Mold technology, precise inserts are used to ensure extra strength at high-stress frame points, offering maximum control over fibre orientations during the lay-up and production process. This results in outstanding product safety and quality together with optimum weight and stiffness characteristics.

Integrated Cable Routing: Internally routed cables offer many advantages. Cables are protected from dirt for longer life, weight is saved thanks to the absence of external housing and the bike has a clean, eek appearance.

Tapered Steerer: This steerer tube design is stiffer than a conventional straight steerer and yields a more secure ride feel even in difficult terrain. Minimal flex at the front of the frame means the greatest possible steering precision. With the larger steerer, the forks become more rigid and the weight is saved due to the absence of bearing shells as the lower bearing is fully integrated into the head tube.

Wet Paint Surface: On polished, brushed aluminium and all HPC frames, the logos and graphics are applied in multi-layer wet paint to save weight.
