The Bellwether Convertible cycling jacket offers excellent wind protection and water resistance. It can be quickly transformed into a vest, with sleeves that easily tuck into the back pocket. The full-length zipper features a draft flap and zipper guard for enhanced wind blockage. The fleece-lined inner collar extends high on the neck, providing additional warmth, comfort, and protection from the elements.
