VeloToze Waterproof Cuffs enhance the waterproofing of neoprene cycling shoe covers. Crafted from a flexible, waterproof material, they create a seal with your leg to prevent rain from seeping into the top of your shoe cover. While designed for use with VeloToze Neoprene Cycling Shoe Covers, they are compatible with most cycling shoe covers. Note that shoe covers are sold separately.
