SiS Rego Rapid Recovery Carb/Protein Powder is a vegan-friendly recovery drink mix designed to help you refuel quickly after training, so you can bounce back ready to go again. It blends high quality soy protein with carbohydrates (including 22g from maltodextrin) to support glycogen replenishment and muscle repair, plus a complete amino acid profile enhanced with 2.5g of L-Leucine to support muscle protein synthesis. A vitamin and minerals blend (including Vitamin C and Vitamin B6) contributes towards daily nutritional needs and supports general health, including helping reduce tiredness and fatigue. Use it after short, intense sessions or longer endurance workouts, ideally within 30 minutes post-exercise by mixing 50g (two scoops) with 500ml of cold water.
