Merida Speeder 10 Juliet is an entry-level flat-bar road bike designed specifically for women. It is an ideal bike for people looking to commute for the first time, or to ride casually with friends. The Speeder 10 is made from lightweight aluminium which makes it easy to ride, particularly uphill.
The step through style frame geometry creates a relaxed and upright riding position, that is comfortable and makes for easy handling. The flat-bar riding position gives better visibility and control compared to the traditional drop-bar road bikes, particularly when riding at lower speeds. Other women's specific features on Merida Speeder 10 Juliet include saddle, grips and shifting all designed for female riders.
The 32c tyres give a great balance of comfort and riding efficiency, whilst still providing good grip on the road. V-brakes are low maintenance, and Shimano gears provide smooth accurate shifting.
