The Merida Speeder 10-V Juliet is an entry-level flat-bar road bike designed specifically for females and commuting or riding recreationally with friends. The Speeder 10-V Juliet's frame is built to give females a more comfortable and easier ride. It is made from Racelite 61 Aluminium (6061) and is lighter and more advanced than previous years. Merida use an additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thickness to produce light and stiff frames.
The frame geometry allows you to have a relaxed and upright riding position that is comfortable and gives you more control with less effort. The flat-bar riding position is very comfortable, providing you with better visibility and control compared to the traditional drop-bar road bikes, particularly when riding a bit slower. The Speeder 10-V is equipped with V-brakes to give you low maintenance stopping power, and a 21 speed Shimano drivetrain that will give you a very smooth ride.
