Description

The Merida One Twenty 3000 is a trail bike built to ascend and descend with equal brilliance and still excel everywhere in between. The One Twenty comes with a carbon-alloy frame, meaning that you get a carbon fibre front end and a Nano Matrix 6066 hydroformed alloy rear to combine durability with a lightweight design.

The suspension delivers in spades thanks to a trunnion mounted Rock Shox Deluxe Select+ Rear Shock with Merida's Float Link Design for plushness, tuned sensitivity and improved pedalling efficiency. TheMarzocchi Z2 Float fork (44mm offset) with 130mm of travel completes a versatile and exciting suspension rig. The 1x12 speed Shimano Deore Groupset does every thing you could ask for, with reliable and smooth shifting with the range of gears to excel on the trails.

The Shimano M6100 2 piston Hydraulic Disc Brakes give you the braking power to attack the trails and ride with confidence. While the Media Expert TR Dropper post so that you can ride with aggression and hit descents with serious speed. Continuing the Merida in house spec is the tubeless ready Merida Expert aluminium rims which partner with a Maxxis Dissector 29x2.4" Front tyre and Minion DHR II 29x2.3" tyre for excellent grip and rolling resistance. The Merida One Twenty 3000 blends a carbon-alloy frame with plush suspension, a 12 speed drivetrain and responsive braking for a versatile trail ride.

Features

Float Link Rear Suspension: The lower shock mount moves with the system to deliver sensitive response characteristics. Our engineers can precisely influence the transmission ratio and progression meaning a ‘Float Link’ rear suspension system appears to offer more travel than the model name suggests.

Superlite 16 Alloy: Our latest grade of aluminium (6016) enables super thin wall thicknesses whilst delivering amazing strength, ideal for demanding off-road riding and racing.

X-Taper Headtube: Using a tapered head tube with 1 1/8" bearings in the top and 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" in the bottom creates superb stiffness and precise, confidence inspiring steering.

Internal Cable: Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

Smooth Welding: Sometimes called ‘double pass welding’, a second pass over the weld gives a clean organic look to the frame. At first glance you will be convinced it is carbon.

Smart Entry: Cables, housings and brake hoses are clamped under tension to prevent rattling when the trail gets rough. All inlets are completely interchangeable to deal with Di2, hydraulic hoses, brake cable and gear cable housings etc.
