Description
Merida Juliet 7.20-D is an entry level hardtail mountain bike, designed specifically for female riders. The women’s specific build includes a different stem, low stand-over height, handlebars, and women’s specific saddle to give you a more comfortable ride. The 6061 aluminium frame is lighter and more advanced, with additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thickness to produce a light and stiff frame.
The brakes are also adjustable to suit the rider’s preference, making for an easier reach to reduce hand fatigue and increase confidence. The Juliet 7.20-D is made with a 24 speed Shimano drivetrain, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and Merida 27.5” tyres. The SR Suntour fork with 100mm travel will give you a smooth ride on rougher surfaces and let you enjoy the rougher aspects of mountain biking with a bit of extra comfort. The suspension fork and/or rear shock can be locked, either directly or via a ‘remote control’ lever on the handlebar. All of these quality parts come together to create a great value hardtail mountain bike that is well-suited for women’s cross country or leisure riding.
Features
Racelite 61 Aluminium 2019: We use a minimum of 6061 aluminium. The pay back is that it’s possible to make lighter and more advanced frames. We use an additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thicknesses to produce light and stiff frames.
Lock-out 2019: The suspension fork and/or rear shock can be locked, either directly or via a ‘remote control’ lever on the handlebar.
K-Mount Drop-Out 2019: Integrated mount on the chainstay to fit a Merida kick stand.
