Merida Crossway 500's frame is made from lightweight butted alloy tubing, designed for rider comfort and easy pedalling. The lightweight nature of the bike will make for an easier ride as well as being kinder on the back taking it in and out of the car, or up the stairs.
The bike is specc'd with high quality components, such as a suspension fork from SR Suntour and drivetrain featuring a Shimano Deore XT rear derailleur. The fork will provide a smooth ride when the road gets rough, and the Shimano drivetrain will provide accurate and reliable shifting for years to come. It also has all the mounting points you need to be able to kit it out for whatever you want to do.
