Product Details

Description

The High Roller II MTB Tyre features an open and aggressive tread design for excellent soil penetration and mud-clearing ability. Its square profile ensures a solid, consistent feel across the knobs. Modified knobs on the shoulder and center enhance braking performance and traction on hard surfaces, making it an excellent choice for technical, loose terrain. Available in trail, enduro, and downhill specifications.

Key Features

  • Open tread design
  • Easily clears debris
  • DoubleDown: DoubleDown (DD) represents the advancement in dual-ply tire casing for enduro racing. It features two 120 TPI casing layers reinforced with a butyl insert, offering enduro racers the support and protection of a downhill tire in a lighter package.
  • 3C MaxxTerra: This is an intermediate compound configuration used in select mountain tires. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and provides more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, while offering better treadwear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip.
  • Wide Trail: WT construction optimizes the tire's tread layout and profile for modern, wider rims. Traditional tires are designed for older, narrower rims, which can result in an overly square tire profile and suboptimal performance. WT tires are optimized for a 35mm inner rim width but are effective over a range from 30-35mm inner rim widths, depending on rider preference.
  • Tubeless Ready: TR Tubeless tires offer several benefits, including the ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance compared to tube-type tires, and a reduced chance of flats since there is no tube. Liquid sealants should only be used in tubeless road, tubular, and tubeless ready tires.
