The Giro Imperial Road Shoes are full-featured, lightweight shoes. Designed to rival minimalistic designs, the Imperial's are seriously lightweight, tipping the scales at 215g (per shoe), while still retaining all the comfort features that similarly lightweight models simply can't offer.
Synchwire is a vented and reinforced upper offering incredible airflow without negatively affecting the structural integrity of the Giro Imperial. It is a stitch-less two-part construction, with an external layer composed of thermo-bonded film for incredible durability, and an internal layer offering unrivalled power transfer and breathability thanks to a non-woven sheet and mono-filament mesh.
BOA IP-1 Dials offer a unique, micro-adjustable fit to ensure you always have the right fit. The result? Incredible power transfer, whilst weight is minimalised thanks to the lack of traditional laces. All up, the IP-1 offers microfine adjustability (1mm increments) to ensure your feet are more comfortable, for longer!

The Synchwire upper features two layers to ensure efficient power transfer and conformity to your foot, while still providing excellent sweat-wicking properties and an internal channel to direct airflow over your feet, regardless of your speed or cadence.
