Description

The CushCore Pro Kit is a foam insert designed for mountain bike tires. It sits against the rim to prevent pinch flats and acts as a damper, reducing the sudden spring back typical of pneumatic tires. It divides the tire's inner volume, with air under the tread and the CushCore insert next to the rim.

Key Features

CushCore is compatible with tubeless tires and rims.
Fits tire widths from 2.1 to 2.6 inches.
Fits rims with an internal width of 22 to 35mm.
Non-tubeless-ready rims will require rim tape.
Tubeless tire sealant is recommended to be used with CushCore.
Installation with certain tire and wheel combinations may require two people—one to work the tire levers and another to hold the tire bead in the drop center of the rim. Wire bead downhill tires are most likely to need extra help.
CushCore weighs as much as a standard butyl inner tube.
