Description

The CushCore is a foam insert designed for mountain bike tires, positioned against the rim to prevent pinch flats. It functions as a damper, minimizing the sudden rebound typical of standard pneumatic tires. This is achieved by splitting the tire's inner volume, with air beneath the tread and the CushCore insert adjacent to the rim.

Compatible with tubeless tyres and rims
Fits tyre widths of 2.1-2.6 inches
Fits rims with an internal width of 22-35mm
If your wheels are not tubeless-ready, rim sealing tape will be required
We recommend using tubeless tire sealant (such as Stan's) with CushCore
Installation with certain tyre and wheel combinations may require two people—one to work the tyre levers and another to hold the tyre bead in the drop center of the rim. Wire bead downhill tyres are most likely to need extra help.
