Long rides, cold crack-of-dawn starts or high-pressure road alerts don’t intimidate Orange Seal. This brand makes sealants built for serious all-weather performance without the fuss or mystery.
Designed by riders who demand reliability first, Orange Seal keeps flats where they belong — off the trail — so you can spend time riding, not repairing.
The Orange Seal Story
Founded in Texas in 2011, Orange Seal began with one goal: fix the weak link in tubeless tyres. Their founders, riders themselves, saw how many trips ended early because of flats or sealants that dried too soon or failed in cold weather. Over time they developed their proprietary latex formulas and "nanite" particle technology through years of testing on rugged trails, alpine descents and freezing winter roads. The end result is sealant you can trust, not just in lab numbers but when you are pushing through mud, climbing snow or speeding over gravel.
Today Orange Seal makes more than just sealant. When you buy their sealant, injection systems, rim tape or valves, you're getting decades of riding experience distilled into gear that works. Riders today benefit from inventions born in frustration, engineered through trails and built for the unpredictable ride ahead.

Why Ride Orange Seal?
- Trusted across conditions. Orange Seal formulas are engineered to perform from hot alpine descents to icy roads below freezing so your sealant still works when the temperature drops.
- Long lasting between maintenance. Their Endurance formula lasts up to three times longer than standard, meaning fewer top-ups and more time riding.
- Powerful hole-sealing tech. Latex blended with "nanites", different sizes of solid particles, capable of sealing both punctures and slices fast.
- Designed for your setup. Compatible with tubeless tyres, inner tubes and tubular systems, and with tools like the injection tube and VersaValve to make application clean.
Popular Orange Seal Ranges Explained
Regular Formula Sealant
The Regular formula from Orange Seal is an all-rounder. It seals punctures up to 6 mm and slices up to 19 mm reliably, works down to around -11 °C, and needs topping up every 30 to 45 days. Great if you ride varied terrain, change tyres often or want fast sealing for dirt or aggressive rides.
Endurance Formula Sealant
The Endurance formula stretches your intervals between resealing. It lasts roughly 60 to 120 days, still seals punctures up to 6 mm and works in milder cold (0 to 11 °C). Ideal for road, gravel or riders who prefer less maintenance underfoot.
Subzero Formula Sealant
Subzero is the winter warrior of Orange Seal. Rated to perform in sub-freezing temperatures down to -20 °F (about -29 °C), it handles the conditions when most sealants freeze. Works slower than Regular in warm weather but won’t congeal or lose sealing ability in snow, frost or cold descents.
