Shop Norco

Norco was born in the dirt of British Columbia and built toughness into every frame. These Canadian-forged bikes are made to handle the world’s roughest terrain while staying reliable, ride after ride.

Whether you want full power from an electric dual suspension-machine or the simplicity of a hardtail, Norco delivers durability and performance you can trust.

The Norco Story

Norco Bicycles came to life in 1964 in a converted chicken coop in Burnaby, British Columbia, founded by Bert Lewis under the name Northern Cycle Industries. It evolved through the decades into a global brand known for pushing boundaries in mountain bike design with early BMXs in the ’70s, full suspension innovations in the ’90s, and its "Dirt First" philosophy that puts harsh trail conditions front and centre of every bike built.

That rugged Canadian heritage still shows up in modern engineering. Frames are tested on jagged B.C. terrain, suspension systems are refined for real-world handling, and even entry-level models benefit from lessons learned at the sharp end. Riders get toughness and ride quality, whether out in the woods or ripping up local trail networks.

Why Ride Norco?

  • Deep trail-tested design Born in British Columbia’s mountains, Norco designs and engineers every bike in terrain that demands strength and reliability.
  • Proven suspension systems Dual suspension and variable pivot systems evolved over decades provide smooth control through rocks, roots and high speeds.
  • Ride Aligned philosophy Norco takes fit, geometry and component selection seriously so even mid-range models get performance you can feel.
  • Built to be maintainable Common component standards, robust alloy and carbon frame options let you keep your bike performing with less specialised service.

Popular Norco Ranges Explained

Norco Fluid

The Fluid range handles trails with confidence using dual suspension geometry and progressive ride-feel. These bikes offer about 130 – 140 millimetres of travel, modern alloy or carbon frames plus reliable suspension and brakes so the climb or descent feels solid and controlled.

Norco Storm

Storm models are hardtail mountain bikes made for recreational trail riding. These are more affordable, durable hardtails that keep things simple without compromising grip, steering or strength-for-weight on our local tracks or gentle single-track.

Norco Search

Search has been developed for gravel adventure. If you ride on mixed surfaces, from dirt roads to sections of pavement, the Search offers stable geometry, clearance for wider tyres and mounting for gear so your trips are more about exploring, less about compromising.

Norco Range

Range is where Norco’s electric dual suspension engineering meets big trail ambition. These electric mountain bikes deliver power assist while retaining the rugged build and aggressive suspension needed for enduro-level terrain.

Norco Charger

Charger hardtails are trail bikes built to be nimble. With modern geometry, reliable parts and strong frames, Charger suits riders who want a capable bike for climbing local hills and linking trail networks without extra complexity.

Norco Rampage

Rampage is a hardtail designed for gravity-inspired riding and dirt jumps. Frames are strong where you need them, components are focused on control and impact resistance so you land safely and ride confidently through parks or pump tracks.
