Our Range Of Merida Speeder

The Merida Speeder flat bar road bike is built to blend comfort and performance in a bike that is capable of long hard rides or relaxed commutes and rides with friends. The Speeder clearly pulls its design and efficiency from the Scultura and the comfort of the Crossway. If you don’t like drop bars and like easy to use mountain bike style lever disc brakes then this is the ideal option for you. The Merida Speeder Flat Bar Road Bike is designed to suit your needs with the versatility to handle any ride.

About The Merida Speeder

The Merida Speeder Flat bar road bike is dynamic, light, comfortable and as the name suggests it is super speedy. Merida have updated the geometry to make the speeder even more sporty, with a longer top tube and reach for a ride that offers efficiently slick performance and comfort in one. The geometry creates a longer wheelbase for a much more stable ride which you’ll notice at higher speeds. Even though the Merida Speeder is a bit more relaxed, you’ll still get a superlight and tough carbon fork with a tapered steerer tube for precise steering and stability.

All Speeder models are equipped with disc brakes for excellent braking control in any weather and on any surface, offering improved performance on every ride. They are also equipped with wider 700x32c tyres with clearance for 700x37c tyres which means that you can customise your ride for maximum comfort and grip with wider tyres. Just when you think Merida have thought of everything, the Speeder is finished off with internal cable routing for a clean look and to protect the cables from dirt and moisture. The Merida Speeder really is one of the best flat bar road bikes on the market. It gives you great value for money with its perfect blend of performance and comfort to create a bike for the everyday cyclist.
