Can you ship bikes directly to my home address?

Yes, we now offer courier boxed bike delivery Australia wide on selected bikes. We can deliver within 1-2 weeks to anywhere within Australia. Find out more about this service here.

I've just purchased an Electric Bike during the sale - when can I expect to receive my $100 voucher?

To receive a $100 voucher for your electric bike purchase, your bike must be paid in full by 20 May 2026 11:59pm AEST. Vouchers will be sent to you via email from 25 May 2026. In order to receive the email with your voucher, you must be subscribed to marketing. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team between 25 May - 8 June 2026 and they can supply your voucher details. Vouchers are valid until 21 June 2026.
