The Zipp 303 S Firecrest Tubeless Carbon Centre Lock Disc Brake Front Wheelset is designed for versatility and speed. It features a 45mm rim depth and a wider internal width for improved performance and ride quality. Suitable for various road surfaces, the wheelset is tubeless for disc-brake bikes, allowing wide tires at lower pressures for enhanced speed. It's one of Zipp's lightest, optimized for aero performance with a 28mm tire and capable of handling gravel tires up to 50mm. The rim design reduces wind resistance, rolling resistance, rider fatigue, and weight. The 303 S Series rim is 2mm wider at 27mm, with a 23mm tire bed, optimized for a 28mm tire. This design reduces rolling resistance and enhances ride comfort, offering a 10% watt savings at 40kph on smooth roads. The wheelset also features new aesthetics and is competitively priced.
