Coburg Grand Opening Shop & Win Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- Entrants must reside locally (within Victoria) and be able to collect the prize in person from 99 Bikes Coburg.
- Employees of 99 Bikes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Promotion Period: The giveaway runs from 12:00am AEST Wednesday, 31 July 2025 until 11:59pm AEST Sunday, 3 August 2025.
- Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
How to Enter:
- Make any purchase at 99 Bikes Coburg during the promotion period to automatically receive one entry into the draw.
- Multiple purchases during the promotion period will each count as a separate entry.
Prize:
- One (1) winner will receive a Pedal Brewer e-bike valued at $2,599.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
- No refunds, exchanges, or returns are available for the prize.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly drawn on Tuesday, 5 August 2025.
- The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or does not meet eligibility criteria, a redraw will take place.
Prize Collection:
- The winner must collect the prize in person from 99 Bikes Coburg within 21 days of being notified.
- Identification confirming age and local residency must be presented at the time of collection.
General:
- By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The usual 99 Bikes Terms of Purchase apply to all transactions.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
