Shop VP

If you love gear that’s made tough then VP delivers the parts that stick with you mile after kilometre. This brand is all about reliable bearings, durable bottom brackets and pro-grade components that ride clean now and stay serviceable later. Your wheels spin smoother, your pedals grip firmer and your ride is all the more satisfying when every part pulls its weight.

The VP Story

VP Components started in Taichung, Taiwan in 1980 and has grown into a specialist maker of cycling parts, pedals, bottom brackets, hubs and headsets among others, built under rigorous quality standards including ISO 9001 and similar certifications. Their factories use forged alloy, precision machining and sealed bearing assemblies to ensure parts perform consistently under use. Their history in strong industrial manufacturing means you get mechanical pieces designed to last through bush tracks and city commutes alike.

Every VP component is still tied to that history of precision engineering and quality control. When you ride with VP bearings, platforms or bottom brackets, you benefit from decades of fit, finish and durability in each part, so your bike feels more dependable right out of the box.

Why Ride VP?

  • Durable sealed bearings. VP uses sealed or cartridge bearing systems in pedals, hubs and bottom brackets so water, dust and grit stay out and you get smooth operation longer than loose bearing units.
  • Strong materials, smart design. Machined chromoly axles, forged aluminium or robust nylon platforms balance weight and toughness so your part is light without giving up strength.
  • Proven fit standards. Many VP bottom brackets follow standard shell widths, such as 68 or 73 millimetres threaded, square-taper axle interface and compatible sizing, so you can upgrade or replace without guessing.
  • Good value with heritage. Born from decades of Taiwanese component workmanship, VP provides solid engineering and global quality in parts priced for everyday riders, not a premium you pay just for branding.
