Founded in 2005 by BMX rider Jim Cielencki, Sunday began with one mission: to build reliably strong frames without pretending that strength means sacrificing style or affordability. Right from the start, Sunday brought in innovations like 41-Thermal® heat treatment, waved downtubes and built-in chain tensioners – features usually found only on high-end frames.

These days all Sunday frames are made from high-quality Chromoly steel, they include rust-resistant coatings like Black Magic, and continue the tradition of rugged, street-friendly geometry.
