M2O Industries was founded in Sydney, Australia by cycling industry veteran Trent Fitzgibbins in 2016 after years at JetBlack. The name M2O comes from "Mountains to Ocean," reflecting the brand’s connection to Australia’s varied terrain.

Trent had been working with pro riders and development teams for decades, which means the design, testing and material choices in M2O’s products come from real-world experience. That history shows up in every sip from their bottles and every shift from their derailleurs—gear that lasts, that performs, and is built for the ride you actually do.
