Exustar delivers great quality pedals built by people who ride and care about what’s under your foot. From flat BMX platforms to clip-in road pedals, their gear gives the proper grip, solid materials and confidence without premium price tags. Gear up with Exustar and feel the parts that are engineered to last.

The Exustar Story

Exustar’s roots trace back to 1993 when it began as Exus, part of VP Components, making high-end pedals with a drive for innovation. In 2002 management bought the brand, rebranding it as Exustar and pushing into pedals, shoes, cleats, and accessories.

They started making carbon fibre products in 2004, then launched Exustar Pro for high performance parts. All their development—material choices, manufacturing, design—comes back to delivering real benefits for riders: durability, better power transfer, and reliable performance ride after ride.

Why Ride Exustar?

  • Strong materials make a difference. Exustar uses heat treated chromium-molybdenum axles, 6061 aluminium and carbon fibre in high-end parts to handle impact, reduce wear and keep weight down.
  • Bearings that stay smooth. Tubular LSL bearings, sealed or with bushings, give even support across the pedal body, resisting mud, grit and wear so each spin feels clean.
  • Interfaces that match your setup. Their pedals work with common clipless systems like Shimano SPD or Look Keo, with options for full contact road cleats or dual-use flat/clip pedals so you’re never forced into gear that doesn’t suit your ride.
  • Value from passion and testing. Exustar designs, tests and certifies many products in Taiwan, Netherlands and China—but doesn’t inflate prices with sponsorships. You get tech proven in lab and trail at lower cost.

Popular Exustar Ranges Explained

E-PR200 EPS-R Pedals

The E-PR200 EPS-R pedals are for riders who want clip-in road performance. They have bindings compatible with Look Keo, tension that can be adjusted, and sealed bearings with full support. That means more control and less slipping for road bursts or long spins.

E-PM242 Clip-In Gravel/MTB Pedals

The E-PM242 pedals offer a mix of flat compliance and clip-in grip. They suit adventures that take you from gravel to road. With aluminium body, dual-sealed bearings, Cr-Mo axle machined precisely, and compatibility with Shimano SPD, they give reliability and feel in mixed terrain.

PB Series Flat & BMX Pedals

The PB Series pedals are wide platform flats built for grip and toughness. The PB557 Slim Profile offers low height so your foot stays closer to the axle for better control. The PB70 and PB73 offer bigger surfaces and replaceable pins, ideal for BMX, trail riding or just rolling around.
