The Blackburn Story
Blackburn began in 1975 when Jim Blackburn set out to make better cycling gear after growing frustrated with what was available. His first design was the EX-1 rear rack, made from aircraft-grade aluminium to combine light weight and solid strength. That rack is still a core part of Blackburn’s lineup today.
