Ass Savers brings Scandinavian cleverness to Australian mudguards, with designs that balance minimalist styling and serious protection. Your ride can stay cleaner and your gear drier—without heavy full-coverage guards hanging off your bike.

Find mudguards made for both dirty roads and everyday commuting that are easy to install, low fuss and built tough.

The Ass Savers Story

Ass Savers started in Gothenburg, Sweden, founded by riders who wanted simple yet effective guards to stop road spray from ruining the ride and your backside. What began as basic saddle-rail mudguards grew quickly when a demonstration video went viral, turning a modest garage project into a global name in bike protection. The company remains design-driven and small in its core team, keeping joy in craftsmanship while growing demand worldwide.

Today those roots translate into mudguards that are lightweight, ingenious, and made with real innovation so you benefit from designs born from real riders who needed to fix real problems.

Why Ride Ass Savers?

  • Front-rail saddle mount with FLIP-TIP™. The mudguards attach only to the front rails of the saddle, self-centring and compatible even with carbon rails; the FLIP-TIP mechanism lets you secure them quickly without tools.
  • Minimalists’ rear protection with Win Wing designs. These guards target the exact spot where spray leaves the tyre (the upper rear quarter), with versions for road, gravel and mountain bikes up to 76 millimetres wide tyres.
  • Lightweight materials built to last. Blades are made from recycled polypropylene, brackets often reinforced with glass fibre, and straps in thermoplastic polyurethane—all chosen to resist wear without adding bulk.
  • Fix it yourself, replace parts, reduce waste. Many Ass Savers components—blades, straps, brackets—are sold separately so you can replace the worn bits instead of replacing whole units; packaging is kept efficient to reduce environmental impact.
