Pedal Brewer E-Bike Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Entry is open to residents of Belconnen or surrounding areas only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of 99 Bikes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry:
To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the designated competition page.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize:
The prize consists of one Pedal Brewer E-Bike (valued at $2,599).
The prize must be collected in person from 99 Bikes Belconnen.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
No substitutions will be offered.

Winner Selection & Notification:
The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 13 November 2025.
The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, 99 Bikes reserves the right to redraw the prize.

General:
99 Bikes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of residency and age.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
99 Bikes reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
