Hello! This is Chris Fraser from 99 Bikes Newmarket here. My girlfriend Clarissa and I are going to ride our new Apollo TANDEM ROAD BIKE 200km to raise money for cancer research.
The Ride to Conquer Cancer, benefiting the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, is a cycling journey throughout Queensland scenic countryside that we're embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with our bike, helmets, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!
Contribute to this history-making event with a donation. Funds raised in The Ride to Conquer Cancer will support breakthrough research, exemplary teaching, and compassionate care at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, a worldwide leader in cancer research and discovery and one of the largest research institutes in the southern hemisphere.
The statistics of cancer sufferers seem to be at an all time high. I have family, friends and colleagues who have been impacted by cancer as I am sure you have and this ride for research is just one way I feel I can help.
Clarissa and I need to raise $5000 between us to partake in this ride. It might sound like a lot, but if 50 people give $100, we'll be there in no time!! Having said that, please donate as much as you are able, even donate in incremental amounts between now and August if that helps!
