Same Day Bike Servicing at 99 Bikes!
To minimise any inconvenience, we can service your bike on the same day you drop it off! To make sure this happens, we suggest that you contact us a week before your preferred service date.
If you have an emergency and need your bike serviced right away, you can visit a store at any time and leave the bike with us, this may attract an extra charge.
It is really important that you drop-off and collect your bike on your service date. A storage fee of $15/week will apply to bikes which are not collected on the service date.
Most 99 Bikes stores open at 8am weekdays for early drop-offs, please call your preferred store first to confirm. To book at your closest workshop, call 1300 992 453.
Our minimum labour charge is $10.00. Otherwise, we suggest our packaged service options below. These cover a variety of labour charges and represent best value for money.
$99 + parts: Standard Service
Your bicycle has not seen a mechanic in the last 6-12 months. We will make sure it's running smoothly and with great longetivity. Worn components will be replaced if required. Your bike will be clean, adjusted and professionally and ready to go! Includes:
- Tune Up, plus;
- Regular clean
- Gears and drivetrain degreased
- Minor truing of wheels (excludes broken spokes or severe buckle)
$249 + parts: Road Bike Ultimate Service $299 + parts: MTB Ultimate Service
Your bike needs some serious TLC, and you want the royal treatment. Your bike will be stripped bare, with every part cleaned, greased and reinstalled. Please book ahead as this service will take 3-4 hours. Includes: Standard Service, plus:
- Detailed clean and degrease (bike stripped of all components for cleaning)
- Bottom bracket overhaul
- Wheel hubs overhaul
- Headset removed and regreased
- Check torque spec of other nuts and bolts
$49 + parts: Race Tune Up
Your bike is already in pretty good shape but needs a touch-up before a race or event. Our experts will return it to you dialled for safe, reliable performance. Includes:
- Gears tuned
- Brakes tuned
- All nuts and bolts checked and tightened
- Chain lubricated
- Tyres correctly inflated
- Bicycle thoroughly assessed
