All online transactions are processed in AUD.

International Orders

Currently, online orders can only be shipped within Australia.

Shipping Policies

We offer postage starting from just $7 for shipping Australia-wide. 99 Bikes partners with Australia Post and TNT for freight and handling within Australia.

Please provide a postage address where you will be located during the day. If you will not be at home it is suggested you supply your office or workplace. Make sure to tell your secretary you have a very important work-related delivery (wink, wink) on the way. In the situation you cannot be located, a note will be left with options for re-delivery or for pick up from your nearest depot.

Delivery Times

• Brisbane City Area: Up to 3 business days
• Queensland rural and other capital cities: 4-7 business days
• Other areas: Up to 10 business days

99 Bikes is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
